During the poster sessions, each poster presenter will have access to a Zoom breakout room for discussion with conference participants. In the breakout room, the poster can be shared with all interested parties via screen sharing.
In addition, the posters will be accessible to all registered participants throughout the conference via the electronic conference programme.
We would like to ask you to consider the following points when creating your posters:
- Please create your poster as a PDF file. The file must not exceed a maximum size of 30 MB.
- You are free to choose the format of the poster (portrait or landscape).
Please be available for discussion via video chat during the entire poster session in your room.
For the upload of the poster, you will receive an upload link by e-mail in good time before the event starts. If you have not received the link by 5 March 2021, 14:00, please contact Ms. Beatrice Hensel ().
The poster file must be uploaded by 14 March 2021.
All presenters are invited to take advantage of our offer for a test session one week before the conference starts. The necessary information about day, time and login information for the test session will be sent by email.
